Squash

I had a fun time this week teaching a friend, how to play squash. First we watched you tube videos online, via you tube. We found some basic lessons and techniques. I played in cegep, but I have to say that it helped with a few rebound techniques. We went to the YMCA, where, as a member, I have 5 free guest passes to bring friends. We got a court and started to play. Then a veteran member and squash player, at the age of 63, gave us a full hands on training. He just saw us and thought he could offer some tips. We both learned, I guess the proper way to play.
Sometimes opportunity comes when you don't expect it.
